Jarosław Lipszyc (b. 1975) – a poet, social activist, journalist. Co-author of Neolinguistic Manifesto (2002), author of volumes of poetry bólion w kostce (1997), poczytalnia (2000), mnemotechniki (2008). President of the Nowoczesna Polska/Modern Poland Foundation, member of the management board of the Internet Society Polska, co-founder of the Open Education Coalition. He promotes ideas of free licensing of creative contents (cultural goods) and unrestricted access to educational resources.
